Britishers gave the name to our country,the name of India comes from the Indus valley civilization. The ancient name of India was {भारत} bhaarat, this is a Sanskrit word. 

India is a democratic and a cultural country and have many ancient temples and these temples have many ancient texts arts and literature regarding to Indian culture.

Indian culture:- Our Indian culture is too old and too knowledgeable, our forefathers followed Indian culture and  they were too knowledgeable, but due to a larger period of time many superstitions also came on our culture,but many logical things are existing today also. 

Why do Indians offer water to the sun:- This is a very old tradition of India and a very big science behind this, that is when we offer water to sun and see to sun then the light reflects on our eyes that is beneficial for our eyes and the light reflects on our body is also beneficial for our body that reflected light balance all the doshas of the body and water therapy from sun rays also we get. This proves that our forefathers and our culture is too logical and knowledgeable.

Why Indians  touch feet of elders:- When we touch feet of anyone that gesture that we beyond of our ego and we give honour to them.

Why Indians putting Tilak on their forehead:- We are putting Tilak on our forehead because there is Ajna a very important chakra for our body when we putting Tilak there our mind becomes fresh and comes in peace.

Style of saying hello of Indians:- We says Namaste in the place of hello Namaste means I bow to you. This is a sign of our Indian culture.

Why Indians sit on land during eating :- When we sit on land during eating then the problem of acidity doesn't exist and the problem of indigestion also not comes on our body. This is science behind our Indian culture.

Why Indians eat food with their hand:- When we touch our food with hand then the brain gives the signal to the stomach that we are ready for food and this thing helps in our digestion. This is the science behind our Indian culture.

Why Indians worshipping plants and animals:- Because those the things that are we worship are very beneficial, best example of this is tulsi, in most of the Indians houses tulsi is presented and tulsi is how beneficial for us is whole world knows. Due to their benefits we worship these things and one reason is also that perhaps our ancestors knew that in future we will harm our nature because of this reason our ancestors worship nature.

India in the field of science:- The whole world knows that zero was invented in India this is a proof that indians were how intelligent this is only one example of knowledge of indians many other examples are seen in our ancient texts like Ramayana, Mahabharata and other books of vedas and many other examples we seen in carved arts on walls of ancient Indian temples, When we read our ancient texts and see the carved arts on Indian temples then we see the knowledge and science of our ancestors and we see that many things were invented in India many of centuries ago.Ancient universities of India.

Independence Day:- This day is very historic and important day for every indian on 15th August 1947 india got independence from British colony.

Republic Day:- This day is also very historic and important for every indian on 26th January 1960 Indian Constitution was formed.

Gandi Jayanthi:- This day is the birth day of father of our nation Mahatma Gandhi this festival is celebrated on 2nd October in India every year.

                        PATRIOTISM  When we hears the word Patriotism we started thinking about sacrifices which were did for the country and we started thinking about our soldiers and freedom fighters they are real patriot. But only sacrifice is not the proper meaning of  Patriotism.   In common words, Patriotism means sacrifice, love, devotion and respect to our country and its culture and its people.  A person's Patriotism can be seen in his/her daily life like his respect for his/her language, his/her national Anthem or National flag.   We had heared many stories of sacrifices (patriotism) like about Rani laxmi bai,Subhash chandra bose, Lala lajapat rai, Maharana pratap, Shivaji maharaj, Bal gangadhar Tilak, Sardar Udam Singh, Bhagat Singh and many more stories.  We also become real patriot by loving our country and its culture, by giving respect to our National flag and National Anthem, by giving respect to our mother tounge,by loving all the citizens

The celebration of Holi

Hey readers I wrote this article on the festival of Holi. In this blog I wrote about Holi it's celebration, it's preparation, it's worship and many other things about Holi festival.
