Peer pressure (साथियों का दबाव)

The work done on under the pressure (influence) of peers (companions) is known as peer pressure. We all faced this pressure, sometimes we take wrong decision on pressure under peer. 

Sometimes the work done under peer pressure is good but mostly it affects us badly. 

Postitve peer pressure:- This type of peer pressure can influence you to do right things. In this pressure you get a best experience. 

Under this pressure we do these such things:- Studying, Telling the truth, standing for what we feel, making us nice, helping for others help. 

This type of work we have to do because these are too good. 

Negative peer pressure:- This type of peer pressure can influence us to do wrong things, in this we have not any benefits after influenced under this pressure we make our image wrong in front of society. 

Under this pressure we do these sucj things:- Bulling, bunking, lying, stealing, disrespecting people, making bad habits of drinking and smoking. 

We needs to be protected against these types of peer pressure because these will spoil our life. 

We needs to identify by own that what our peer say that is right or wrong because work under peer like helping, working article too good but work under negative peer is too much bad. So we need to make our thinking power strong for what is wrong or right. 

When someone influence you to do something, your mind still saying no for this thing but dur to you companion you get influenced by them. 

At that time we needs to say no, but due to influence we says yes. In this situation we needs to make our mind more stronger than anyone's influence (peer). For this situation we needs to make our tounge more stronger than our relationships. 

Because no one is more important than us. 

Tips to resisting peer pressure:-

1. Stand up straight. 

2. Make eye contact. 

3. Don't make excuses. 

4. Say how do you feel. 

5. Stick up for yourself. 

Let's take an example to know properly. 

I take my own example:- I have to prepare an article till next day. This way very important, but at that time my friends come and make me influence to go to party and on their peer/influence i get ready for party and I forget my article work. And next day I feels regret for my decision. 

In this situation I got a wrong decision because at that time my article writing is more important than celebrating a party. 

But in an another situation I needs to take a different decision. 

I want to say that no one is more important that our work, but still in everyone's life someone is present who is more important that our work and ourself. 

In an another situation:- If anyone says me for help or if any more important work for others is come, in this situation we needs to go and work the another work. 

What we needs to do or what we can't needs to do under peer pressure (companions influence) is depends upon situation. We needs to set our mind to take right decision on every situation. 

Every situation is not right to change our decision, situations where we see this is not necessary their we needs to say no. At that time we needs to give more priority to ourself execpt anybody. 

But at critical cases we needs to change our decision according to the situation. 

For this all we needs to prepare our mind to take decision according to the situation. 

Peer pressure is not completely good or bad it depends upon situation and depends on our thinking that how we handle the situation and how we deal with peer pressure.
