We needs to adopt some silly and small habits in our daily routine.
Drop by drop fills the pot, in the same way slowly a person can bring change in himself.
That means drop like changes in our life fill a human with pot of good habits.
Everyone have their own individual lifestyle.
So, everybody should develop their own habits according to their daily routines and lifestyles.
But we discuss some basic habits that everyone should follow for improvements.
Some Basic Atomic Habits that we all have to develop in ourselves.
1. Physical Activity:- For a good health we all requires atleast 30 minutes of physical activity daily.
For instant beginning 30 minutes are too much, so you can start by short time and increase slightly.
But daily physical activity is necessary for improvements of our physical and mental health.
2. Daily tracing of time wastage in your smartphone:- We all are familiar with smartphones today, we all have smartphones for our work, but during our work in smartphones we play games and sometimes wastes our time.
Smartphones radiation are not good for our health as we all knows and it harms our eyes too. But smartphones are necassary for us, so we have to trace that how much time we spent or how much time we wastes on our smartphones.
To prevent from harmful effects of smartphones.
3. Swithc off phone notifications while
studying :- Mostly we all are taking help from smartphones during studies. But during studying notifications from some unnecessary apps makes us disturb.
So we have to switch off the notifications while studying.

6. Try to read Books except from syllabus:- We all read books of our syllabus,we all know it is just to clear our standards syllabus.
So we needs to read books except from syllabus and we take many other alternatives of books from internet.
7. Prepare To Do list for your upcoming works:-
In our busy lifestyle we all forget our works that we have to do in our day.
So we have to prepare the list of works that we will have to do later.
This can helps to make us unforgettable for our works.
Take pen and paper with you always:- Our mind is full of thoughts every time, sometimes many valuable thoughts too come in our mind, if you have pen or paper, you will be able to write your thoughts. Sometimes you have many work to do in the day, so this habit can help you to reduce the harms caused by your always forgetting habit.
Adopt any character/habit which helps you to improve your physical and mental health and helps you for self development.
I advices some common habits that everyone should follow, but according to your lifestyle you should prepare your own habits that you will follow.
